Air supply seal medical

This seal from rubber-stainless steel is an air supply seal in a control valve that controls the supply of liquid nitrogen in a medical device. The air supply valve is made with IM technique on an micro injection moulding machine. The details of this part are the elastomer tolerances from ± 0,03 mm on the sealing contour with roughness of Ra 0,4.
